The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force (SCVOTF) have arrested a North Carolina couple wanted for extradition back to that state for felony child abuse. Nathanial Webb, 33 years-old, and Diandra Webb, 28 years-old, had warrants for their arrest out of Wake County, North Carolina for allegedly inflicting serious bodily injury to their infant child, including fractures to the child’s skull, ribs, collar bone, legs, and feet. The victim’s exact age was not provided, but is listed as being under the age of five weeks-old when the alleged crimes occurred on June 9, 2016 in Garner, North Carolina. The couple was reported to have fled the Garner area on July 19 and warrants were issued for their full extradition for Felony Child Abuse-Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury. Law enforcement in North Carolina reported that the Webbs were believed to be in possession of firearms when they fled.
The Webbs were located by the Task Force on October 12 at the 5700 block of SW 141st St around 4:30 p.m. They were arrested on the outstanding felony warrant and booked into the Snohomish County jail. The Task Force recovered three firearms during the arrest.
Established in 2013, the SCVOTF is a partnership with the U.S. Marshals Service and Department of Corrections to coordinate resources to locate and apprehend Snohomish County’s most violent felons and sex offenders. As of September 28, the Task Force had made 970 felony arrests (including 24 homicide suspects) and recovered 153 firearms from the hands of convicted felons.
